I had the opportunity to speak with Jake at ErgoDirect. Genuinely the service provided by Jake was phenomenal. I have worked in several organizations where we were rated on customer experience. I will admit that to provide customer experience over the phone should be as you are talking to the person like you were in front of them live. Service by Jake is well and beyond any service that I have ever received. Jake suggested the right products, researched the products, took the essential time with me to answer all the questions I had, timely provided the quotes and followed up with me over the phone upon shipment of the items. What a service!!!
